To all those people who made fun of an
outcast before
How would you like it if people ridiculed YOU
even more
To all those who treat others equally
Their number one philosophy would be,
Size or shape doesn’t matter to me
To all those targets who get aimed at a lot
Don’t you ever wish sometimes they would not
To all those people with autism, ADHD,
Or those who are just plain odd
Don’t you ever wish, when you asked to be
included
They would answer with just one accepting nod
Some people are different, some are the same
Even those who dress up like a “Just plain
Jane”
We really aren’t that different at all
And it doesn’t even matter if we’re short or
we’re tall
So accept those who suspect, maybe you’ll
show them respect
Once bullying is passed on, your personality
is easy to reflect
But we can turn it into something better
Maybe someday become Best Friend Forever
So take a stand, speak for yourself
And let’s all make a promise
To put mockery or sarcasm on the shelf
