A Note from the Web Site Owner

It is not too late!  Please reach out for help!
ARE YOU IN PAIN?  Please, ask for help!
Amanda was bullied, beat up, harassed, taken advantage of, and ostracized.  This lead to cutting, drug and alcohol abuse, and - just this month - suicide.  Please, if you are going through anything difficult in your life, REACH OUT.  We all need the support of people who are not going to judge us or belittle us or make us hate ourselves.  I know that each and every one of you visiting this site is a beautiful person and does not deserve to suffer, especially in silence.  If you are having any difficulties, please e-mail me and we can talk My name is Kellie.  Please put something in the subject line to let me know that your e-mail is urgent and not spam.

If you feel like hurting yourself or someone else at all,
please call the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-8255.

Are you in crisis but not necessarily feeling suicidal?
Most local community mental health centers have a 24 hour emergency hotline you can call.  They will try to lend an ear.  To find a list of crisis resources in your area, go to http://suicidehotlines.com/.  Or go to Yahoo! or Google Search and type the name of your town and then type mental health center or community mental health next to it and you will find local resources.

Please remember
that if you call one crisis agency and don't get the help you're looking for, TRY ANOTHER ONE.  Do not get frustrated or give up.  There is someone out there who wants to help you!

If you are being abused in any way or molested by anyone, please contact the ChildHelp National Child Abuse Hotline at 1.800.4.A.CHILD. (1.800.422.4453).  This is a 24/7 hotline and all calls are anonymous.  They have access to thousands of resources that can make your situation better.

If you are being bullied in person or through the internet, please tell someone, even if you have to call one of the crisis lines above.  Bullying is not a normal part of growing up and not something you should have to endure.  If you have been assaulted or are being continuously harassed, please report it to the police or have someone you trust report it: If you are no longer in immediate danger, call the number for police dispatch.  If you ARE in immediate danger, please do not be afraid to call 911.  Bullying will not stop until we hold people accountable.  For more support, go to http://bullying.org.

Thanks for reading!
-Kellie :)
